Christmas comes early for a Bossier City boy. William Kennedy is the first winner in this year's KTBS 3 Minute Smile contest. The Sun City Elementary second-grader plans to load up on Transformers and Nintendo games for himself. But he also plans to get gifts for his two sisters, cousins and friends. You can watch William's run through the aisles of Wal-Mart Thursday at 5, 6 & 10. This will be a Christmas and a birthday celebration all in one for William. He turns 8 the week before Christmas.
